Realtors’ Conspiracy Podcast Episode 46: Getting #real with Real Estate

This week we are welcoming back Karlyn Eacrett from Keller Williams for her second interview! Karlyn shares some great insight into the realities of a Real Estate Career. She speaks about her experience and what almost 4 years in the industry has taught her. Karlyn believes one of the most important things to remember as a Realtor is to avoid taking things too personally, and to focus more on finding solutions, than dwelling on the problems. Karlyn also shares with us the challenges that come with being a solopreneur, which at times can be lonely. She gives us insight into where she finds her support and motivation! In this episode we get #real with Real Estate.
